New sensor not posting data to web

Hi,

setting up our second sensor install to test for online data collection.

All is connecting ok to wifi and can see the device on map platform but other than battery status not seeing any sensor data being posted. Urban board and Psensor all plugged in and tested on a couple of different usb power supplies. No noise from the air sensor at all. Any ideas?

SCK 2 - Remote reboot

I had EXACTLY the same problem few weeks ago. IDK how the kit has gotten into this state but after connecting to PC and debugging I found out that the temperature, pressure and other sensor are disabled. Check this: Using the Shell In the SCK prompt, execute sensor And it gives you list of all sensors. And under Enabled you may see only Battery and maybe some others. How to enable the others it’s in that guide.

I am experiencing the exact same problem with my sensor. Is this something that is happening eventually to all sensors?

I tried your solution and indeed all sensors except battery were disabled. I enabled all of them except eCO2 and TVOC as I could not enable them. But in the end the data is not published anyway… Any ideas?

Sorry, no clue. For me it got fixed and started publishing right after I enabled all the sensors.
