Platform stopped Working

Hey everyone!

Thanks for helping us to detect the issue! We are working to avoid the problem to repeat in the future.

For anyone collecting critical data we suggest you place a micro SD card on your Kit. That way, the device will publish the data online as usual but will keep a permanent backup of all the data inside the card. A small 4GB card is enough for years of data.

Then you can use the SD Card Upload functionality to reupload the data that wasn’t correctly published to the platform. The system will take care automatically of replacing the missing data. The guide below describes the whole process.

You can also check the status of the platform at any time here:

We hope this helps!

Hey! I don’t know if I am experiencing the same problem here. My SCK 2.1 is connected and I can see my current data in the platform, but it is not saving it so I cannot check my previous values. Is anyone experiencing something like this? Lights are blinking green.

Thanks,

I noticed that problem few days ago (when the server stopped). I tried to re-upload valued from the SD card just to found that was almost empty, not saving the data continously.

Thanks for posting that issue!

I’ll check it carefully together with @victor and try to replicate the issue

Any news so far?
Thank you!

@doktorkampi could you confirm you also had the issue where your data was not being recorded on the SD card?

I don’t really know… Following your advice I though that the SD could be the problem so I bought a new one. I was about the replace the old one when I found out that the kit started to work fine again. I replaced it anyway and it looks perfectly fine now. Fingers crossed.
