How to setup Smart Citizen board to write on sd card on local time and not at UTC time?

@gvlachos: we recommend you (once you have downloaded all the data and the post.csv file is on your computer) to use excel o google spreadsheets for converting UTC times to local times: http://excelribbon.tips.net/T010739_Converting_UTC_Times_to_Local_Times.html
