I am trying to download sensor data as a CSV. I have done this before and it worked perfectly.
Today, on making the request, I receive an email with the link as before. When I click on the link a tab opens (smartcitizen.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/…) as if the download request is being actioned but then absolutely nothing happens. Is there some issue with the Smartcitizen account on Amazonaws? Is anyone else experiencing download problems?
Thanks for your reply Oscgonfer. I have received it now. Since I posted I had an idea to try a different browser. I was using Firefox and the download didn’t work. I tried Microsoft Edge, copied the link there, and the download worked perfectly first time.
