Having done a fair search of the site and Google I haven’t found an irc channel listed for this project. So, as a temporary measure until one is formally announced I’ll keep #smartcitizen on the freenode network open.
It’s fairly typical for irc users to be logged in, but not actually at the kepyboard, so instant answers shouldn’t be expected.
