I am having an issue that does shows the device offline and not showing any data in the website, but checking the serial output from the device it says everything is right and that the data has been received by the server.
This is not unusual (in my experience). My own system does much the same thing. It’s not necessarily a problem.
The important observation is whether data is reaching the platform or not, more or less unbroken time intervals (every 60 seconds). There should be no gaps in the graph lines.
If there are breaks in the data on the graph then this indicates a problem.
How could I check wether the data reaches the platform or not?
