Factory reset not working

I have recently purchased 5 Smart Citizen kits.

I have so far found two kits (#4, #5) are responding as expected with a red status light ready for configuration.

However, the other three are not responding well - or at all - at the moment.

One kit (#2) has a white then green status light followed by red but the red flashes quickly indicating an error. It won’t reset.

The remaining two units (#1, #3) are not responding at all to the microUSB and battery power, alone or in combination, including pressing all reset buttons. Several other microUSB leads have been tried to no avail.

This was despite earlier successfully configuring unit #3 on to the Smart Citizen platform.

Please could you offer some ideas/assistance.
