Failure installation SCK 2.1

Interface sck configuration

Hi,
I’m trying to connect the SCK 2.1 but I can’t finish the process.
I can see WIFI “smartcitizen8AC9” . I obtain the token to my kit and I choose my home Wi-Fi from the list. The led always blink quickly like it can’t connect to the network.
I’ve tried to connect to the server sck.me form pc but I haven’t been able.
So is there any recommendation what should I do ?

Hi!

First question: If you turn your kit on and you connect to the “SmartCitizen8AC9” Wi-Fi using your phone, laptop or PC, and then you visit http://sck.me (or in principle any other URL), do you see the following site?

I think the problem is de WIFI .
I need to specify the ssid, a username and a password.

What can I do?

Hi,

We currently don’t support these types of networks.
Options are to log data in the SD card and post it to the platform or to use another type of supported network.
