I am looking for a full-fledged spec of the whole SCK.
e.g.: .pdf / Wiki with all technical hardware info + explanation.
I only can find “tutorials” with some bits of information.
Do you know where I can find it?

We are planning to build a docs.smartcitizen.me page using Flatdoc. There you will be able to find all the useful technical hardware info + explanation but this takes time, you know!?
