My kit is Private!

Hello,

For the last two days my kit has been set as Private.
I didn’t set it up. Please, how can I return to not private?

yes 15156 and i get map and it says device not found or has been set to private. i have to loging to get device on the screen.also, under E73CW jn93fu it says PRIVATE in red

ok, I can also tell you that when mine became PRIVATE I looked at some others on the map and they worked ok. Right now I’m looking at the same ones and they don’t work now. So they stopped after mine.
