Not possible to update firmware

Hello,

I have not used the board since months, on google chrome i select the sensor then go to configure then here at the step to update the firmware it stays on this step during a lot of time.

With arduino 1.6.5 i have tried to upload the latest firmware, then when i open the serial monitor and type the $$$, i see nothing.

My board is dead ?

How to use the SCK_check ?

I just tried to upload SCK_check then in serial monitor if type $$$ or ### nothing appear, i don’t know what is wrong ?

I have just noticed with arduino IDE that when i want to upload the SCK_check to the board, it still show “uplaoding” on arduino IDE even after 30 minutes. So it’s pretty slow and is it normal ?
