I’m trying to connect two 2.1 kits but the Wizard is stuck at “WAITING FOR YOUR KIT”.
The status LED flashes blue, fast. The WIFI LED blue and slower.
We are trying in two different WIFI networks, both don’t work.
How can I resolve this?

It looks like your Kit LED is flashing fast in BLUE.

That means there is a Wi-Fi connectivity issue.
We recommend you to double-check you typed your Wi-Fi password correctly and ensure you are not too far away.
However, as you already tried two networks I suggest you do a Factory Reset and restart the process again.
