Problem with an installation

We are having a problem installing KIT on our campus. We did the entire procedure on the smart citizen website, but an error message appears stating that the selected network password was entered incorrectly. But the real problem is not this, because the password is correct. The last Browse screen we can get to is the message that says we’ll be going somewhere soon, but nothing happens later. I would like you to help us so that we can continue this KIT installation as soon as possible. Thank you!
