Sick and tired: even terminal does not work

I’m getting a little sick and tired of this, Even the terminal software (wifely_terminal) isn’t working. The device keeps resetting an no chance to enter any data let alone do an firmware upgrade:

further more the 8_5 fw does nothing better than the last version. Ik hardcoded SSID etc but still nothing but

sure, i tried. But no response. tried ‘get ssid’, ‘get mac’ >> nothing. tried all the 'cr/lf/no newline combo’s >> nothing. Is mac os-x the problem? Even tried different terminal port, settings and app’s > no response. And wifly_terminal ik keeps resetting so $$$ does nothing. I ran out of options.

I tried as in the Vid. With the terminal program loaded i only got a infinite repetition of

Question: what code are you running and at what point do you enter $$$

If the blue leds are off, the wifi module is turned off, so you have to send $$$ once awake a second time and $$$ to enter command mode. When you start the write READY, so that the module is working correctly you.

what code shoul the module run to enter $$$, terminal or the SCK_beta_v_8_0_5 ?

in both cases blue leds are flashing.

Use the wifly_terminal utility, and so automatically enters in terminal mode.

Test new version of wifly_terminal, do not use the version 8.6 firmware currently does not support the current web page.

can you beta test the new loader by using this url: http://sandbox.smartcitizen.me

it is the same process, login, configure (using Chrome), make sure you are always under the sandbox subdomain

Use the wifly_Rescue utility. This utility takes a hardware reset the wifi module, to the end of reset you have done this remove the power supply and switch on the module.
