I know it is going to sound tough or brusque or rude but the first thing you need to do is read through the documentation found at http://docs.SmartCitizen.me
Also give some indication that you know how to connect the kit to your PC and look at the output provided on the user interface.
Then check all of the connections in the kit including the connection between Data board and urban board.
If you are still having problems come back here and provide some evidence by way of screen grabs from the user interface so we have a starting point to help you.
