WiFi stopped working

My smart citizen kit had been working fine for the past two months but yesterday it suddenly disconnected from the WiFi and is no longer connecting.
I restarted the device but both wifi and status button keeps on blinking blue.
I did a factory reset and am able to open the http://sck.me page but I get the message “Your kit is not responding”. After entering the token I only get option for fake-wifi-1 and fake-wifi-2.

Please advise.

Hi  I have the same problem:
I restarted the device but both wifi and status button keeps on blinking blue = :x: Error. Not collecting data…
After entering the token I only get 2 options for fake-wifi-1 and fake-wifi-2
So, here I am locked and stopped.

Please could you tell me how to continue and solve this problem?
All the best

Hi both,

Normally, these Fake-Wifi-x are cached sites on your phone browser. The browser keeps them like that so that it loads faster, so you would need to clean the cache, or connect using incognito.

If this doesn’t work, an option is to Use the Shell and configure WiFi from there.

As far as the error goes, please, check again and sorry for the belated response. It might have been a simple issue with our platform or something else. An update to the latest release would be good too.
